The lyrics and melody to the song ”Confused” was written by Regina Lund when she was travelling around the world song writing. When she came to L.A she developed a love for the people and the city of Los Angeles yet a sadness and sorrow when confronted with the poverty, the homeless and some aspects of the superficiality in the culture. The confusion over the love/hate feeling to this place inspired the song.The stay was Regina Lund´s first long time stay in L.A , an inspirational trip, which resulted in 9 songs where ”Confused” was one of them. ”Confused” made it onto Regina Lund´s second album ”Year Zero”(Warner Music) produced by swedish musician/producer Johan Norberg, who also produced and played guitar on the song ”Confused” . Johan Norberg also produced her first album ”Unique”(Warner Music). Regina Lund is a recording artist originated from Sweden. She is a very successfull actress and singer/song writer in Sweden. Regina Lund is also a respected peace activist, poet, speaker and writer. On January 7th , 2010, she decided to give out her second book ”Nothing but the veil- a conversation in ordinary” as an audio book , read by herself, for the whole world to down load totally for free at http://www.nothingbuttheveil.com . Regina calls the book ” A tool for peace” The book contains Regina Lund´s peace speaches, poems, some songs from the ”Dare” album, suggestions on how to make the Earth a better place and most of all Regina´s conversations with her dead father director Christian Lund.

Regina Lund has four albums in her name : ”Unique”(Warner music), ”Year Zero”(Warner Music) and ”Dare”( King Ink/Regina Records), all three in english and then she made the forth in Swedish ”Förlåt, Nej , jag menar Aj”(Lion Heart/Regina Records) produced by punkrock legend Joachim Thåström. Regina Lund also had a single out called ”Rainbow Star”(LionHeart). When Regina Lund played the part on stage as Greta Garbo in the Gianni Togni musical ”GG” in Stockholm, Sweden, a musical album of the show was released with Regina Lund singing the lead part as Greta Garbo. The album out right now is the ”Dare” album http://www.myspace.com/reginalund The ”Dare” album was produced by Regina Lund and Leif Sundin released on Regina´s own label Regina Records and right now Regina Lund is in the studio writing new songs and recording her upcoming album together with Swedish musician/producer Jimmy Lagnefors. This time she says she won´t release it on her own label, it was too costly, tough and took too much work away from the creative side of her work. This time she will focus only on the songs and she will let another record label sign it when it is ready.The fifth album in Regina´s name will be ready this spring 2010.
